- Always search for roles and skills. We ask everyone to start by defining the roles and skills you are looking for. This helps our intelligent data analysis with creating a better and better understanding of what skills and roles are needed in different geographies.
- Always send out opportunities to a selected shortlist of top-talent. To enable high quality match the workplace will identify and connect with the best matched talent by sending targeted opportunities that the iPros can choose to show interest in.
- Always setup collaborations in ProDoo. When a workplace and a talent is matched they will setup a collaboration in ProDoo to enable all ProDoo services to work. Time reporting, skill building, approvals, onboarding, and so on.
