How can we find the best possible match right now? The search for skills always presents you with the best match right now. You will be able to see who is available immediately as well as the ones within a month. If you want even more updated availability, you can monitor the market with the add-on Heads up that provides you with alarms or even automations if the right match becomes available.

How do we know when our preferred freelancers are available? The iPros you have worked with before, or the ones you have in your network, can be monitored for availability, or if they acquire new skills, so you can be first in line to offer them a new gig.

How do we know if someone internally can do the job instead? By installing a private domain with or service Internal Gig Economy (IGE) you can create a fluent workforce internally where projects or needs are staffed with internal talent first, and if no internal talent is available you will receive automatic suggestions on available iPros to help staffing up the needs.

How do we get an overview of which skills costs the most? By using add-on tools to ProDoo like TBrand and Sense, you can get a full picture of what different skills cost to staff with iPros. You can create a long term strategy in how to do talent branding and ensure that hiring managers throughout your organization are hiring iPros according to the best possible talent plans.

How do we know it’s the right price and skills? You don’t need to be an expert in the skills needed to find the right match. ProDoo is built on correlations and machine learning to help you identify the iPros with the best possible prerequisites to solve your need now. You will get a simple score to evaluate from. Prices comparisons based on roles and skills in specific locations, can be found in add-ons like NextStep or Sense.

How can a non-specialist find expert knowledge? Paste a job description into our search engine, or by using the add-on Phillip (a virtual recruiter) and AI will help you finding how different skills correlate with each other. By sending the iPros all this data with the Opportunity, they will be well informed on the match and needs you have, no matter if you’re an expert or not.

Scarce skills, high demand or other factors, can make it really hard to find the right person for the job. With the add-ons HeadsUp, and Assort, you can make sure your response time is fast, and aligned to the strategic and tactical outsourcing decisions for your organization (the add-on Sense). Artificial intelligence (AI) will monitor the market for you and give you heads up when new possibilities for recruiting top talent emerges.

How can we trust our agents pricing and matching? There is always a lack of transparency when working with agents. I the agents are using ProDoo for recruiting, you can rest assured that all prices are transparent and thereby correct. We do recommend that you skip the middle man and use ProDoo directly to remove these discrepancies. You can ask for recruiting services through ProDoo to get the same service as through agents, but with an absolutely transparent commission on all successful staffing.

How do we minimize admin costs with recruiting and onboarding? If you choose to use the Workplace Lifecycle apps you will reduce the administration and lead time in the entire process tremendously. It’s hard to give exact estimates since you might me very efficient in advance. But full automation and control usually doesn’t exist in advance. We provide that.
