ProDoo is entirely built by, and maintained by iPros that knows what is needed to feel enables as an iPro.

Grow attractiveness – Since ProDoo is data driven, you will always receive statistics on how to improve your profile with new skills, roles, and trainings to match the current, and upcoming need in your area.
We are actively collecting questions and needs from iPros to refine ProDoo and our services. These are some of the most common questions, and a short answer how we are helping iPros.
How do I know I get to work with what I love? When you maintain your resume in ProDoo, make sure the skills and roles defined, are the ones you want to focus on. When anyone searches for talent ProDoo will create a score based on the needed skills and roles with all the resumes with availability in the area. To make sure you always work with what you love, you simply have to maintain your resume, and follow skill building tops in apps like ProDoo Mentor.
How do I remove the clutter of gigs that doesn’t fit? Sometimes your resume is a perfect match for a lot of opportunities, but they don’t seem to match your wishes. We suggest that you use the Phillip add-on, to make sure opportunities are filtered correctly with limits on compensations etc. It might also do the trick to reduce the amount of skills in your resume to ensure better match on gigs.
How do I get in direct contact with hiring manager? ProDoo enables direct contact with the “Searcher” which usually is the hiring manager herself. That makes the entire process of verifying the need and being clear on skills, much faster. It happens that hiring managers aren’t using ProDoo themselves, but are using someone else to find talent for them. Make sure you write that you want direct contact when you are showing interest in an opportunity to avoid this. It usually helps to show that engagement as well.
How do I know that the workplace is a good fit? ProDoo has a specific add-on called SuitUp. In this add o you can collect information about the workplace, and even get in touch with other iPro that have worked there in the past. It’s important that you feel a good fit.
How do I know if freelancing is right for me? It is a big decision to go from a full time employment and start your own iPro business. ProDoo is built to let you create a resume that is entirely anonymous until you choose to show your contact details. You can start setting your profile up, and choose to go freelance when you have the right gig. To help you on this journey we have an add-on called NextStep. You can analyze your resume with the market you would like to enter, to see how your possibilities are.
How do I get offers before I’m available? You might be in a situation where you have a notice period, or an existing gig that might not extend. To make sure this is visible to any Searcher looking for talent, you can choose to set your resume to “1 month notice” which helps the Searchers in sending you an opportunity that incentivizes you to move from where you are, to the next step in your career.
How do I make more money? First of all, make sure you’re not giving 25% to a broker. There is no need since these services are free. You can also make sure you stay on top of the development in your market and follow advises from ProDoo how you can boost your resume by adding skills that have higher value.
How do I get approached instead of going job hunting? While there is value of doing both, ProDoo is entirely built in Searcher or Workplaces approaching you with opportunities instead of you filtering and applying to job-postings.
What skills do I need in 2 years to stay engaged? ProDoo is built on different machine learning techniques that creates trends and possibilities in the future for your specific roles and skill sets. Follow our statistics, and use the add-on NextStep to stay in front of all upcoming needs.
How do I avoid maintaining multiple knowledge bases? It’s quite common that iPros are using multiple agencies and brokers to get different gigs. It can be quite time consuming making sure that the resumes in their different databases are up to date. It’s always a good idea to have multiple possibilities, so we don’t recommend that you just move to ProDoo and get rid of all of them, but rather make them aware that you have a ProDoo profile, ask them to setup one as well, add yourself to their network and let them update their internal systems with your ProDoo data.
How do I get continuity and long-term engagement? This is tough to answer though since it’s usually the right price, and a well done piece of work that extends a collaboration. Although you can help the workplace taking the decision by simplifying it for them. If you’re using TicTell, Snapshot and invoicing services from ProDoo, the workplace usually finds your collaboration smooth and structured. Which helps. On top of that, if the workplace is using SnapShot (which you can recommend and earn commission on) thy will receive notifications on the collaboration extension.
How do I get to be a part of a community as a freelancer? There are events for ProDoo iPros initiated by iPros in your area. Have a look at the Events calendar at our website to find out what’s going on in your area.
